companies (Internet based or otherwise) offering lamps without black
plastic housing (often called bare lamps/bare bulbs). Since projector
manufacturers generally do not intend their lamps to be sold without
their plastic housing, the authenticity of ANY projector lamp sold by
a company offering bare lamps can be questioned, and so any comparison
between their products and the brand new, high quality lamps offered by
Projector Lamp Experts would be unfair.
It has also come to our attention that certain online lamp resellers have
opted to mislead consumers by selling compatible lamps as original lamps
by re-labeling or re-boxing compatible products. Often consumers are
