Projector Lamp Experts provides a full 60-day warranty on all lamps for all brands for faults due to defective materials or workmanship. The warranty period commences from the date of shipment and lasts for 60 days unless the manufacturer's warranty is longer, in which case we will extend our warranty to this effect.
We take a no questions asked approach to all returns less than 60 days, we will process your returns and warranty issues quickly so that your time without a functioning projector lamp is minimized. If you would like to return a product please go to our Product Returns page and complete your details. For Alternative Lamps we offer a unique double warranty:
A 90-day manufacturer's warranty against lamp failure and an exclusive Peace of Mind Warranty.
Our unique Peace of Mind Warranty protects your projector. In the unlikely event that an Alternative Lamp fails and is proven to have damaged your projector, we will buy you a brand new projector of equal performance, free of charge*.
